Plantar fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is an inflammatory condition in the fascia on the bottom of the foot. It is the most common reason for arch pain in center of foot or heel pain in back of foot.

Causes of Plantar Fasciitis

There are three main causes of plantar fasciitis:

  • Foot structure

  • Type of shoes

  • Certain activities
